Purchase orders are accepted from schools, universities, and pre-approved institutions. Please contact us for details regarding purchase orders.
Note: Shade cloth orders - a $ 15.00 handling charge will be added to all shade cloth orders totaling less than $90.00.
Please be advised that orders that exceed $1000.00 **or** contain a separate billing and shipping address are subject to require a signature upon delivery and/or verbal authorization from the authorized credit cardholder.
Sales tax will be charged to customers as required, in accordance with prevailing tax law in regards to online purchases. The sales tax rate is based on the city, county, and state that the order is shipped to.
Due to recent updates to the laws governing taxation for online orders, sales tax applies for many destination states but can vary due to point of origin for certain shipments. We will verify sales tax costs upon your order.

Our items ship on a 'Freight Prepaid' basis from the originating shipping point, and we utilize a range of Common Carriers, LTL Freight, and Full Truckload Freight Carriers.
Our logistics department specializes in finding the most competent service at the lowest cost shipping rates on a daily basis, allowing us to offer our customers the best service available on every level.
Shipping costs are calculated on a per product basis that is determined by weight, dimensions, and receiving location. Your credit card will not be charged until shipping costs have been determined and approved by you.
Orders are shipped by a carrier selected by Gothic Arch Greenhouses, either by single delivery or in multiple deliveries. We strive to consolidate multi-component orders into as few shipments, carriers, and receiving days as possible.
Gothic Arch Greenhouses will provide an estimated date for delivery; however, we are not able to guarantee delivery dates.
The customer is responsible for unloading and safely storing all deliveries. For large or oversized shipments, offloading service is available to most addresses at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.
Please inspect deliveries carefully upon receipt for possible damage or shortages. Freight claims are to be made as quickly as possible, and visible shipping damage must be noted at time of delivery.
Please check our Oversized Shipment Delivery Policy for further information on oversized freight delivery. Full shipping and delivery information will be emailed at the time of your order.
Freight costs are not added within the cart on online Shopping Cart orders, and are not charged at the time of the initial transaction. Please watch for our email to finalize cost of shipping.
**Freight costs will not be charged to your card until you have approved them**
Unless other arrangements are made, all international orders must be paid by bank-to-bank 'wire transfer' in advance, or by irrevocable 'Letter of Credit' drafted with a US recognized bank.
The freight must be transported by our freight forwarder on a 'CIF' door to 'Port of Destination' basis or from factory warehouse door to 'Port of Departure' in the US.
Customs brokerage costs, tariffs, and local transportation to final destination are not included; if you require a quote for these services, please advise in advance of your order. These services may not be available in all areas.
The client can assume responsibility of the shipment at the 'Port of Departure' in the US if they so choose to use their own freight forwarder.
Any Purchase Order accepted must be an official purchase order from the Purchasing Department of the institution. Prior to ordering, please contact our sales office to confirm prices and delivery charges. A delivery surcharge of $50 will apply to any limited access facility.
All returns or cancellations must have the prior approval of our office and must be for justifiable reasons. The credit extended for such approved returns will be based on the invoice value at time of our current pricing.
A 15% cancellation fee is applied to orders canceled within 10 days. A 20% cancellation fee is applied for orders canceled between 11 to 30 days. A 30% cancellation fee is applied for orders canceled after 30 days.
Return of merchandise not accepted on orders older than 45 days. The return freight cost of goods to our warehouse is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Note: Custom orders are not returnable, but any defective parts will be replaced.
For items warranted by the manufacturer, the purchaser may contact Gothic Arch Greenhouses for redress of the warranty.
