Stainless Steel Steam Cabinet

Pots can be stacked together on pallets and loaded in the cabinet to steam. We suggest using a basic wireless thermometer inside a pot in the middle of your stack to get an accurate temperature inside your pots. Just steam until you reach the desired temp and hold for around 30 minutes.

Description

STEAM CABINET FEATURES:

  • 14 gauge polished stainless steel
  • Gasket sealed, fully latching doors.
  • Available in 84” and 110” models

Double Steam Cabinet Operation:

  • Load cabinet 1
  • Move 3-way valve to send steam to cabinet 1
  • Load/unload cabinet 2
  • When cabinet 1 is complete, move 3-way valve to send steam to cabinet 2
  • Unload/load cabinet 1
  • When cabinet 2 is complete, move 3-way valve to send steam to cabinet 1
  • Repeat cycle as required.

Additional Information

• Available in 7' tall or 10' tall for added capacity

• Approximately 67" wide and 56" deep.

• Connection for Steam Generator on back side

• Temperature gauge in door
